When you create an account on the App or use the Doka-Group Voice Chat service, such as uploading content on the App or contacting us for technical support, you agree to provide some or all of the following personal information:
a. Registration information, such as your date of birth, phone number (or email, if applicable), password, user identifier, and language;
b. Profile information, such as your alias, profile picture, gender, hometown, self-introduction, social media information;
c. User-generated content ("UGC"), such as when you use Doka-Group Voice Chat Comments, texts, messages, pictures, images, videos, sounds, codes or other data or materials uploaded, distributed or streamed on the App when using the Services;
d. Payment information, such as full name, billing address, billing zip code, billing country, date of birth, purchase amount, payment method, credit or debit card number or other payment information required for payment;
e. Transaction information such as transaction sequence number, transaction history after you purchase paid services;
f. Your Global Positioning System (GPS) information, after you allow us to do so, but you can change access to GPS information through the settings on your mobile device;
g. Your opt-in choices and communications with us, such as information used to verify your account or resolve your feedback or complaints; and information you provide when participating in in-app surveys and activities.
h. Information you provide from social media when you create an Doka-Group Voice Chat account by connecting with third-party social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google).
1.2 Information collected to ensure the normal operation of Doka-Group Voice Chat services and your legal rights
a. Device identifiers, such as your operating system, browser type, brand, mobile device model and serial number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile operator, screen resolution, language settings, IMEI number, IMSI number and media access control address;
b. Location information, based on your GPS, SIM, IP location information
c. Advertising identifiers to help us and advertisers provide ads that may be more in line with your interests;
d. To prevent malicious programs and security operations, we will collect data on the operation of Doka-Group Voice Chat, including but not limited to usage and frequency, application damage, installation and overall usage, performance data and information on the source of the application.

e. Delete account. You can delete the APP data on the [Settings] page of Doka-Group Voice Chat, or the account deletion link left in the app store, or contact us directly. Please note that this process will cause your data to be permanently deleted from our storage system and cannot be restored.
In addition to the rights mentioned above, you also have the right to file a complaint with the app market or the data protection agency in your country.
4. Protection of children and minors' information
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of children and minors, we recommend that children and minors under the age of 18 use Doka-Group Voice Chat in the presence of their guardians.

This includes, but is not limited to the use of apps to promote predatory behaviour towards children, such as: Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child (for example, groping or caressing); Child grooming (for example, befriending a child online to facilitate, either online or offline, sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that child); Sexualisation of a minor (for example, imagery that depicts, encourages or promotes the sexual abuse of children or the portrayal of children in a manner that could result in the sexual exploitation of children); Sextortion (for example, threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images); Trafficking of a child (for example, advertising or solicitation of a child for commercial sexual exploitation); If we discover child sexual abuse content, we will take appropriate measures, including but not limited to deleting your account and reporting your information to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. These actions should not be considered as us violating your privacy. At the same time, if you believe that a child is facing or has been abused, exploited or trafficked, please contact your local law enforcement and contact child safety organizations.
5. California Privacy Disclosure
If you are a California resident, you will be granted specific rights to access your personal information. 6. Reporting and Blocking
In order to ensure that Doka-Group Voice Chat is a safe and trustworthy platform, we follow the law and the requirements of the application market for UGC content generation, and have established standards to define harmful or inappropriate content, as well as disclose how to prohibit such content. When uploading and producing content, you must accept our agreement.
6.1 Reporting and Blocking System
We provide an easy-to-use reporting system in Doka-Group Voice Chat to accept user reports on your content, and we also provide a blocking system that you can allow to block offensive content in the first place.
After receiving a user report, our staff will follow up on the user's report as soon as possible. We have the right to delete or block abusive users who violate the application's terms of use and/or user policy without notifying the user in advance, and this situation does not fall within the scope of our malicious or arbitrary disposal of user information.
6.2 The production and dissemination of the following content will be defined by us as offensive and inappropriate content. Users can actively block the following content. After receiving a report, we will verify whether the content is inappropriate. We will delete or block the content creator.
6.2.1 Pornography and profanity
We do not allow the inclusion or promotion of pornographic or profane content. This includes content that contains some pronographic, or any content or service designed to provide sexual gratification. It is strictly prohibited to play sexual, life-threatening performances or pornographic videos. It is strictly prohibited to show sexual characteristics of sensitive parts of the body in various ways, such as touching sensitive parts, showing female breasts, male and female buttocks and inner thighs; using and promoting any sexual content.
6.2.2 Hate Speech and National Security
We do not allow the promotion of violence against individuals or groups or incitement to systematic discrimination or marginalized hatred based on race or ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, identity or any other related topics. We also do not allow content directly related to national security and defense security to appear on our platform.
6.2.3 Violence
We do not allow the depiction or assistance of gratuitous violence or other dangerous activities. We do not allow the posting of terrorism-related content, such as content that promotes terrorist acts, incites violence, or celebrates terrorist attacks. If you post terrorism-related content for educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic purposes, please be careful to provide enough information so that users can understand the specific situation.
6.2.4 Sensitive events
We do not allow unreasonable sensitivity to natural disasters, atrocities, health crises, conflicts, deaths, or other tragic events, or use events to arouse users' sympathy. At the same time, we also strictly prohibit the spread of terrorism, extremism, incitement to war, infringement of religious freedom, and provocative events.
6.2.5 Bullying and harassment
We do not allow content that contains or promotes threats, harassment, or bullying, including invading others' privacy, endangering others' safety, endangering public interests, infringing on others, and abusing animals.
6.2.6 Gambling
We do not allow the posting of gambling content, as well as content that incites others to gamble, such as live gambling.
6.2.7 Dangerous goods and other content related to local laws and regulations
We do not allow the posting of content such as guns, ammunition, alcohol, marijuana, etc., all of which are illegal in your country. We also do not allow the posting of content that is considered a violation in the country where you are staying, even if the behavior is legal in other countries.
6.2.8 Content under the age of 14
We do not allow young people under the age of 14 to use our application, because we do allow some content that is not suitable for minors. Including promoting pedophilia or inappropriate interactions with minors, such as groping or caressing.
6.2.9 Damage to the interests of the platform
Any behavior that damages the interests of the platform will be defined by us as inappropriate content, including impersonating platform staff to deceive users.
